Server 2008 winload.exe missing or corrupt

1. Boot to the Windows Server 2008 CD or DVD
2. Click repair.
3. Select the installation to repair.
4. run mkdir C:\BCD_Backup
5. C:
6. cd boot
7. attrib bcd -s -r -h
8. ren bcd bcd.old
9. bootrec /FixMbr
10. bootrec /RebuildBcd
11. Reboot the computer and all should be well.
